MO' Cowbell Marathon has run through St. Charles, Missouri since 2011, started by local organizers to host a family-friendly race for the community. The USATF-certified course starts and finishes along the Missouri River in Frontier Park, staying flat for about ten miles before a two-mile hilly stretch on the Little Hills Expressway and a downhill final mile to the finish. It qualifies for the Boston, New York City, London and Chicago marathons. Source
