Race Info
The Beckley Half Marathon starts and finishes at the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine in Beckley, West Virginia, following a rail trail before a loop through uptown Beckley. The race originally ran from 1998 to 2015 under the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce, drawing 200 to 300 runners each year. Active Southern West Virginia revived the event in 2026 after an 11-year gap, adding a 5K and directing proceeds to the group's Kids Run Clubs program.
