Cool start, mild afternoon, headwinds ahead

Runners will face a temperature rise from 51°F at the start to 64°F by the finish, with an average humidity of 69%. A light crosswind will affect the early miles, shifting to headwinds from Mile 7 and again from Mile 22. To optimize performance, pacing adjustments should be made, particularly during headwind segments, and hydration should be prioritized as temperatures increase.
