The InFirst Bank Veteran's Marathon, Half Marathon, and Marathon Relay takes place each November in Blairsville, Pennsylvania, on the Ghost Town Trail. Runners start and finish at Saylor Park in Black Lick and follow an out-and-back route past Heshbon and Dilltown. The marathon is a Boston-qualifying course and serves as the Road Runners Club of America's Pennsylvania State Championship race.
