Runners will face a temperature rise from 55°F at the start to 69°F by the finish, with humidity at a moderate 72%. Wind will be light, mostly a tailwind during key segments, especially from Miles 6-8 and 12. To manage the warming conditions, runners should consider a conservative start and adjust pacing as temperatures increase, particularly in the second half of the race.

Race Info
The Skagit Flats Marathon starts on Victoria Street at Burlington-Edison High School and winds through Skagit Valley farmland before finishing on the school's track. Now in its 49th year, the marathon and half marathon both hold USATF certification as Boston qualifiers. The nonprofit Skagit Runners club organizes the race, with the marathon, half marathon and 5K field capped at 800 runners. Source
