Race Info
The Savin Rock Marathon and Half Marathon is run each spring in West Haven, Connecticut, by the Shoreline Sharks running club. The marathon course is USATF certified and a Boston qualifier. The half marathon is one loop and the marathon runs it twice: four flat miles, five hills over the next five miles, then a downhill and flat finish, with about a third of each loop along Long Island Sound. The 2027 race is the Road Runners Club of America's championship event. Source
