The Rim Rock Marathon and Half Marathon run along Rim Rock Drive through Colorado National Monument between Grand Junction and Fruita, Colorado. First held in 1997, the race is organized by the Grand Junction Sports Commission and finishes at Fruita's Circle Park. The 2025 edition (the 29th annual) drew nearly 600 finishers, its largest field to date. Source
