Race Info
The Queretaro Marathon runs through Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico, with marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K distances starting in separate waves from the same line. The course starts and finishes on Avenida Constituyentes beside the Centro Educativo y Cultural del Estado "Manuel Gomez Morin," heading west toward the El Pueblito neighborhood and its pre-Hispanic pyramid before looping back east past the Cerro de las Campanas hill and the city's colonial-era aqueduct. The 2026 edition, held Sunday, October 4, is the race's 16th, organized by the Queretaro state government's sports institute (INDEREQ) and certified by Mundo del Atletismo en Mexico, A.C. and the Asociacion Queretana de Atletismo (AQA).
