Runners will face a temperature range from 46°F to 57°F, with a maximum wind speed of 11 mph and average humidity at 62%. Starting with a crosswind, the tailwind from miles 10-13 will provide a boost, but headwinds from miles 14-19 will challenge runners. Hydration strategies should be prioritized, especially during the tougher segments, while pacing adjustments can help manage the variable wind conditions.
