Race Info
The Chengdu Marathon starts at the Jinsha Site Museum and finishes at the Century City New International Exhibition and Convention Center, passing landmarks including Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, and the Tianfu Panda Tower. It holds World Athletics Gold Label status and draws roughly 35,000 runners each October, including a full marathon and half marathon. The race also serves as one leg of China's National Marathon Championship series and was the first Chinese marathon nominated as an Abbott World Marathon Majors Candidate Race.
